Are you a paid membership website?

Yes, we offer online fitness content to seniors for a low ongoing cost that can be cancelled at any time. We also provide a wealth of additional information to members such as useful tips, recipes and much more.

I manage a senior community, do you have plans for that?

Yes, we do have a flexible plan that exists specifically for senior communities to utilize. Please Contact Us for details!

Do you share my information?

No, our members information is strictly used for internal communications, such as new classes being added or new articles being added to the site. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.

Do you only accept credit cards for ongoing payments?

At this time yes, we only take major credit cards such as a Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard.

Can I opt out of member emails?

Yes, if you prefer not to be notified when new things are released you can always unsubscribe to any emails at any time.

How often do you add classes?

We release classes regularly, usually monthly, as they are completed. Our classes also include ongoing livestream events where our members can join our trainers as they do classes live online, and then can view those later as a recorded video. Additionally, we post content on our Articles section for members that includes helpful tips, information and even delicious recipes!

How can I cancel?

Once you have signed up, you simply log into your account and you can manage your profile which contains your subscription information. You can simply cancel from that screen at any time. Your membership will run the course of the current month that has been billed and will not renew.
